I'm a social media ads specialist and strategist, a Chartered (CIM) digital marketing professional and the founder of Ruthless Media.

I love running paid social media ads because it is that perfect blend of creativity and data - it ticks every box for me. There's something incredibly satisfying about crafting the creative elements of a campaign and then diving deep into the technical setup and data analysis. I get genuinely excited when I can compete with myself to improve results, whether that's reducing cost per click, cost per purchase, or cost per lead. There's nothing quite like the buzz of seeing those numbers drop whilst the results get better - like when I managed to reduce one client's cost per click from £22.30 to just 9p in three months.

My passion for building digital communities started long before I launched Ruthless Media in 2019.

Working in youth work, family support, and training roles with organisations like Young Enterprise NI and NOW Group, I discovered I had a real flair for using social media to build profiles, recruit participants and volunteers, engage supporters, encourage donations, and boost sales. I taught myself which platforms worked best for each organisation's needs and mastered all the tricks for boosting engagement and visibility.

What really fired me up was creating content, providing training, and developing confidence in other people - the same things that drive me today.
